Service was very good - cannot say enough good things about the sales associate. The purchase and possession process was a positive experience. The house was well prepared for possession with all the details looked after. We really like the duplex layout: long driveway, long double garage, great entry, nice large bathroom vanities, large kitchen area - open to the main floor area, large bedrooms (especially the master), upstairs laundry, beautiful master ensuite bathroom (double sink, large vanity, double shower, separate toilet room), large laundry room, large linen closet.
